06/02/2009 | 12:16 PMMANILA, Philippines – Former President Joseph "Erap" Estrada on Tuesday expressed willingness to take Vice President Noli de Castro into the arms of the opposition.
Erap made the statement after he expressed doubts on whether the Vice President would be convinced by the newly formed Lakas-Kampi-CMD party to join the administration's lineup.
Estrada said that the fact that De Castro hasn’t said he is willing to become the Lakas-Kampi-CMD’s standard bearer means he is still “uncertain" on which side to join.
