Former President Fidel V. Ramos was meeting with the opposition and was open to talks with former President Joseph “Erap” Estrada, his spokesman revealed on Monday. “Some members of the opposition go to him [Ramos], probably they try to pick his mind, then they ask him for advice, particularly on governance,” Ed Malay said.
