Elections Sure: We have been saying since last year that we should not take Cha-cha and No-El (Charter change and No Election) seriously. We predicted that the Constitution will not be amended before 2010 and that the elections will push through.
All that time President Gloria Arroyo fueled more Cha-cha speculation by keeping quiet. But last Friday, she finally said in a speech at the merger of two administration parties that the elections will be held as scheduled next May.
